Want to go further? Want to extend your experience? A full-day outing will give you the chance to broaden your knowledge and learn more about the rope climbing techniques specific to caving. Depending on the outing, the programme will include abseiling, rope climbing, exploration of large chambers and a coffee (or tea) break.

precautions

To go caving, you need to :

Be in good physical condition
Be able to walk on uneven ground both inside and outside the cave (several minutes walk on uneven ground to access the cave)
In hot weather, wear light clothing (shorts, t-shirt, etc.) and enough water for the walk
